Ebays new funds on hold policy

ebay's new policy on holding funds for up to 72 hours AFTER an item has been delivered is outrageous. They will lose thousands of sellers because of this . This is just a way to make interest on hard earned sellers money.

Funds

I pressed debit transfer of funds with the 2$ fee charge and all my funds disappeared including my listings for all of my products and the listings that I just shipped to someone today. And there is no record, report or receipt of anything.
