Needed a control board fixed and as I was scrolling through the selections, I seen a seller that I've used before. So I Purchased not paying enough attention to details. It was not the right part number because ebay throws things in that are not revelent to your search. I caught it within minutes and sent a cancellation request to seller and it was refused. Now the seller is saying I need to go to ebay to get my money because- quote from seller- Ebay does not allow me to cancel this order. I do not have an option for that. You have to ask cancelstion. Contact eBay regarding this issue, please. Ebay already charged eBay fees and taxes. Is there anything I can do to get my money back?

Since it was your fault, unless the seller will help, nope. You can always resell it your self on eBay. Unless you mean the seller was selling a service?

I think the seller is correct that if you sent an official "Cancellation" and the seller 'declines' it, then the option to Cancel is removed. They can still refund you from the order, though - they're not prevented from doing that. Their fees will be credited back after they do that.
Is this a U.S. seller and have they already sent that item, or plan to send it, and what is their Return Policy?
If they accept returns, you can return it for a refund once it's received and you will have to pay return shipping.
